Series PAS Switches are suitable for typical pneumatic
applications
They are particularly useful in atmospheres where electrical
arcing presents a hazard
The pneumatic PAS switch can vent a restricted compressed air source
until reaching set point, where switch actuation closes the vent.
The closing of the vent sends a full pressure
pneumatic signal outside of the hazardous area, either to an electrical
switch or directly to a pneumatically-actuated control device.
PAS switches are available with adjustable set point
ranges of .15±.01 to 2.0 or 12.0" w.c. Output signal is 20 psi.
